Essay

The thesis devoted to the treatment and prevention of secondary fibrotic complications in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis in 102 patients. The proposed therapy provides more rapid positive clinical and laboratory dynamic normalization function of L-arginine-NO and hemodinamic in the liver, the stabilization of the exchange protein of connective tissue, a decline in content of inflammatory cytokines (interleukins IL-1, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor) and increased level of inflammatory cytokines (interleukin IL-10) and normalization of glucose blood (after the test the load of glucose) in patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
