The object is the process of transportation of cargoes in conditions of interaction of different types of transport. The purpose is the development and practical realization of strategy of logistical management of mixed cargoes transportations for maintenance of efficiency of interaction of participants of the system on different types of transport including river transport. Methods are scientific classification and systematization, logical generalization, method of comparison, expert methods, methods of economic-statistical analysis, economic-mathematical methods. Methodical basis of formation of behavior of operators on the transport services market is first offered to develop grounds of the matrix of administrative actions in view of a coordination of interests of customers and consumers of transport services. There were improved methodical bases of forecasting of results of economic activities of different types of transport which are based on necessity of allocation of local criteria of efficiency at all stages of a logistical circuit with the characteristic of tasks of optimization of corresponding criteria in their system interaction; model of formation of strategy of logistical management of the mixed transportations through formalization of interrelations of participants of transportation process. Classification of logistical systems got subsequent development of concept due to addition to logistical systems of the mixed type with schemes of interaction of different types of transport
