Gelich N. The development of quality control system of products of machine-building enterprises

The processes of product quality management in machine-building enterprises are the research object. Theoretical and methodic-practical aspects of the product quality management system development are the research subject. The deepening of theoretical principles and proving of the complex of priority trends of the product quality management system development are the research purpose. The comparative analysis and generalization, expert assessment, economic and statistical analysis, analysis and synthesis, comparison of approaches to expenses' identification, graphic modeling, statistical methods, economic and mathematical modeling are the research methods. In the thesis the methodic approaches to effectiveness determination of product quality management system taking into account technical redistribution and principles of optimization modeling usage have been firstly developed. The theoretical definition of the idea of "product quality management system", which is conceived as the totality of technical and managerial measures in all activity types, that focuses on all participants complicity in the process of qualitative product manufacturing, rational usage of labor means and maximum satisfaction of consumers' demands; methodic recommendations for self-assessment of machine-building enterprises' activity, which is founded on the usage of significance factors of quality indicators, based on the expertise have been further developed. The research results have been inculcated in the machine-building enterprises' activity and have been used in academic process. The development of product quality management system in the enterprise is the main sphere of research usage.
