Symak A. Investment policy of machine-building enterprise

The object of research is the investment policy of machine-building enterprises. The purpose of work consists in the development of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of the investment policy of machine-building enterprise. An author uses the methods of scientific abstraction, comparison, reasonable and investigative connections, the complex analysis. A theoretical value consists in: the clarification of maintenance of the concept "competitiveness of enterprise" through its addition such variety, as "a stable competitiveness of enterprise", the scientific terminology as for grounding the choice of optimum investment decisions due to the introduction of terms "clean value" at the beginning of investment project functioning and "clean charges" at the beginning of investment project functioning, the authentication of factors of the territorial differentiation of production charges; the improvement of method of grounding the choice of optimum variant of investment and position as for grounding of directions of optimization of the investment policy at machine-building enterprise by coding the technologies and space places after the criterion of factors of location. A scientific novelty is the introduction to the scientific appeal of concept "taxonomical level of investments at machine-building enterprise", which characterizes certain spatial unit of investments. It is selected five' levels of investments: 1) into the replacement of separate part of concrete object of the fixed assets (FA); 2) into the replacement separate object of FA or into the creation new object of FA 3) into the replacement or the creation of group of the interdependent objects of FA (in particular at the internal infrastructure of machine-building enterprise); 4) into the replacement or the creation of the integral machine-building object (in particular at the external infrastructure of machine-building enterprise); 5) into the creation of machine-building cluster. Introduction of this concept enables to structure expressly the investment program of machine-building enterprise. The article of research is the theoretical, methodological and the applied positions in forming and realization of investment policy of machine-building enterprises. Recommendations of author are used to increase the efficiency of investment policy of machine-building enterprises as for grounding the choice of optimum variant of investment, the expedience of realization of the investment program of enterprise and perfection of positions as for grounding the directions of optimization of investment policy of machine-building enterprise. The sphere of using the author recommendations are enterprises of the domestic machine-building complex.
