The ways of deciding the problem of the defining and widening the circle of persons, who have to give legal assistance to the suspects and accused in criminal process, the perfection of the lawyer's procedural statute, the elaborations of conceptual model of lawyer's activity under conditions of principles of competition and disposition realization in criminal proceedings.
