Shablistiy V. Criminal responsibility for murder threat.

The research of the complex of theoretical and practical issues connected with criminal responsibility for murder threat (Art. 129 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is conducted in the dissertation. Actual conditions of criminal and legal protection of mental health of the person are analysed, on the basis of it the conclusion of their non-conformity to the regulations of the Constitution of Ukraine is drawn. The issues characterising the content of objective and subjective formal components of a crime, foreseen by the Article 129 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and specifics of qualification of criminally liable threat are examined.
