The dissertation is dedicated to an investigation of a criminal and executive characteristic of execution and serving of a punishment with corrective work. Criminal and executive characteristics in the structure of legal regulation of execution of a punishment with corrective work are studied, subjects of execution of this type of punishment are ascertained, a thorough comparative analysis of execution of a punishment with corrective work in foreign countries is accomplished, the right and duties of persons convicted to punishment with corrective work are clarified, the order of enforcement of correction and resocialization facilities to convicted persons.
