Thesis is devoted to solving of problems of the increase of cost-effectiveness of exchange agrarian market's activity and the improvement of the mechanism of agricultural products price-formation. The practicability and advantages of the application of exchange instruments in lessening the price disparity and risks in the agriculture. Improved mathematical model of price parity index and the formula of export-import price parity index have been offered. The model of pricing of agricultural production by means of fuzzy logic and neural nets is developed.
