A method of the fuel element cladding durability analysis using the energy creep theory has been developed. A model of the cladding state analysis capable of accurate maximum loading cycles number estimation has been created. An analysis of the cladding durability estimation sensitivity to the main data uncertainty, for a reactor working in a variable loading mode, has been done. For a WWER-1000 unit, an integrated varying loading operation efficiency indicator has been proposed. The Compromise-combined WWER-1000 reactor power control method capable of maximum varying loading operation efficiency has been proposed and grounded.
