The dissertation is devoted actual problems of tactical operations at counterfeiting investigation: the condition of scientific working out of a problem of counterfeiting investigation is defined; concepts, essence and structure of tactical operations are opened; the place of tactical operation in system of tactical means is defined at counterfeiting investigation; features of the organisation and tactics of carrying out of separate investigatory actions during realisation of tactical operations are defined at investigation of the specified crimes; forms and the mechanism of interaction of subjects of investigation are studied at carrying out of tactical operations; separate tactical operations of groups "information gathering", "fixing", "search", "check" are opened and features of their carrying out are shown at counterfeiting investigation; it is considered and generelized domestic and foreign experience of carrying out of tactical operations at counterfeiting investigation.
