Chornyj V. Organizational and economic bases of an effective tariff policy of railways in the market of the international freight traffic

In dissertational work the partner competitive approach to formation of a tariff policy of railways on transit freight traffic is proved. Features of carrying out of an effective tariff policy are established, basic principles are revealed, is proved expenses synergetic method and methodical approaches to definition of the cost price of freight traffic that has in aggregate allowed to establish competitive railroad rates are offered. Scientifically-methodical approaches to an estimation of economic efficiency of a tariff policy of railways in the market of the international freight traffic are offered.
