Essay

The object of the scientific research is bacteria Azotobacter genera, vegetative lectin, potato. Aim: the research of рotato lectin effect onto the growth and the functional activity of A. chroococcum and A. vinelandii. Results: It has been ascertained that cultivation of A. chroococcum and A. vinelandii content in the nutrient medium containing рotato lectin increases its growing activity of bacteria. Under the influence of potato lectin nitrigenase activity of azotobacter doubles and influence of lectin on synthesis by phytohormone bacteria. Chemotaxis of bacteria under the influence of phytolectin has been researched. Research-commercial regulations for production of new microbial preparation Baktopasl'on.
