The process of managerial decision taking and realization on technological processes choosing at machine-building production is the research object. The formation of theoretical principals and methodological and applied recommendations on improvement of managerial decision taking and realization on technological processes choosing at machine-building production is the research aim. The research methods: methods of systematization, abstraction, formalization and generalization; method of expert evaluation; method induction and deduction; methods of statistical analysis. The research results: the essence of managerial decisions is clarified and their classifications are improved; the principles of managerial decisions realizations are proved; the indexes of machine-building technological processes evaluation and factors that influence their values are systematized; the system of organizational support of managerial decision on technological processes choosing at machine-building production is developed, the evaluation model of comparison effectiveness of alternative variants of technological processes is proposed. The research results are implemented into activities of several Ukrainian machine-building enterprises and educational process.
