In dissertation work the theoretical and methodological problems of evaluation of group factors and integral index of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises are investigated on the basis of internal factors-symptoms. Existent definition of conception "investment attractiveness" and classifications of factors determining it are analysed. Own classification of internal factors of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises is offered.
