Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of social and legal state established in Sweden, examination and analysis of fundamental provisions and debating points on the given subject. The origin and development of state in Sweden have been diligently researched by the author, there have been produced own vision of definition "Swedish model of social and legal state". The peculiarities of forming, functioning and development trends of Swedish model of social and legal state are thoroughly covered in the dissertation. It was made the conclusion that the basis of Swedish originality take roots from national heritage.
