Essay

Object of research is process of drying of seeds in a boiling layer. The work purpose - increase of efficiency of process of drying of seeds in a mine-zernosushilke of cascade type at the expense of use of a boiling layer. Research methods. Theoretical researches of process of drying and movement of a seed material on cascades are executed with use of elements of theoretical mechanics, differential and integrated calculation and mathematical modelling. Process of movement of a seed stream was studied experimentally by means of high-speed shooting by a digital videocamera. The received results were processed on the personal computer. In work the total quantity of warmth which is absorbed by one particle and all layer on a cascade surface for the first time is defined. For the first time laws of change of porosity and increase in volume of heterogeneity of a boiling layer of seeds on each cascade depending on design data chambers are established. For the first time by means of the developed determined mathematical model the kinematics of movement of particles in a boiling layer is described.
