Kushnir K. The state regulation and control of bank services quality

Object of research: processes of state regulation and control of bank system's activity . Subject of research: methodical approaches to state regulation and quality assurance of bank services. Research methods: general scientific and special - the system approach, the comparative and statistical analysis, a modeling method. Scientific novelty consists in working out of methodical approaches and scientifically-applied recommendations about state regulation and quality assurance of bank services in Ukraine, proceeding from dynamics of a business cycle of national economic system. For the first time the methodical approach to the analysis of quality of bank services on the basis of the analysis of their significant elements which includes criteria of quality estimation and dividing banking liability and state sphere is developed; The method of definition of state regulation directions of bank services quality on the basis of results of the analysis in three groups of the factors influencing dynamics of a business cycle, and classical model of circulation monetary streams and products is formulated. The concept of stability of bank as that degree of essentially inherent instability which allows it to carry out the functions at the set parameters global and national economy is improved; Method of the account of current economic conditions at a choice of directions of state regulation of bank services quality in Ukraine. Recommendations about state regulation of bank sphere and quality of given services have practical value; Variants of insurance of deposits on the basis of an interbank diversification. Scope of application of results: activity of banking establishments and bodies of state regulation of bank sphere.
