The dissertation is devoted to questions of increase of efficiency of diagnostic criteria of development of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) on the basis of studying of modern epidemiological features, social-economic and medical-biologic factors, with finding-out of a role of infectious agents, definition biochemical, immunical and morfogistological changes of bodies and systems. «The prognostichesky table of modern, most significant risk factors of development SIDS » and «Algorithm of tactical actions for children who are included into group of high risk of development SIDS » are developed.
