Dissertation is devoted to developing and implementing the mechanism of enterprise risk management. Scientifically grounded basic principles of the mechanism of enterprise risk management: legal, managerial and organizational. The author has investigated features of application of the enterprise risk management of different ownership and size; deficiencies identified key components of the mechanism and try to eliminate them by implementing a systematic approach. An approach to identifying enterprise risks, which is based on identifying risk characteristics for enterprise (sector, ownership, size) method of choice of enterprise risk management, risk classification depending on their source of origin and predictability. The process of risk identification offered to realize by the form of card of risks.
