Essay

Complex analysis of means of crimes prevention in the branch of property privatization of Ukraine was performed in the dissertation. Criminal-legal and criminological characteristics of crimes in the branch of property privatization and its qualitative and quantitative features depending on the types and objects of offence were examined. Criminological features of a person-subject of crimes in the branch of property privatization were defined. It was examined the main determinants of crimes that stipulate and contribute illegal alienation of state and municipal property.
