Dissertation is a complex monographic research of the particularities of the object of the proving in criminal cases of economic crimes. Doctrine of the object of the proving in criminal cases is common for sciences of criminal process ("the object of the proving") and criminalistics ("circumstances which have to be established"). Its formulation and development as intersubject field influences on the increase of efficiency of pre-trial investigation of crimes, as it orientates an investigator on establishment of concrete circumstances which existence of corpus of certain kind delict contacts with.
