The thesis presents a theoretical synthesis and presented a new vision of scientific problem solving investment for technological renewal construction enterprises on the example of excavation. Theoretical and methodological level of research allows to allocate the main approaches and logic to form the dissertation basic categories and concepts, develop methodological tools of investment research for technological renewal construction enterprises, analytical methods to reveal the level of evaluation of investment projects targeting innovation in construction, to the efficiency factor analysis of earthworks in the construction, define and justify the basic economic parameters of the model of earthwork in construction, project development level provided the economic impact model of investment and innovation on profitability of construction companies allowed to justify the investment tools for technological renewal and construction enterprises approaches to economic placement and distribution efficiency (planning) of the fleet of excavation sites. The practical value of the work is to develop methods, algorithms and software modules of rational calculation arrangement and distribution of sets of machines for construction and facilities improvement on this basis, the efficiency of excavation equipment in construction.
