Dacyuk I. Mechanisms of social defence of military men in transformation society

The subject of investigation is the process of functioning of social security system for military personnel during the formation and realization of state social policy. The purpose of investigation is the theoretical justification and the development of recommendations for improving the functioning of social security system for military personnel during the formation and realization of state social policy through the development of mechanisms of parity interaction of authorities, military structures and community of military personnel. The methods of research are logical, etymological, comparative, as well as analysis and synthesis, category analysis, relative analysis, modeling and generalization. The practical importance of the obtained results consists in the justification of qualitatively new approaches to the improvement of the interaction of (governmental/municipal) authorities, military control and community of military personnel in the process of state management decisions; participation in the process of formation and realization of state policy of social security for military personnel. The scientific novelty of obtained results is that first the structure of the mechanism of social security for military personnel has been developed; the content of such concepts as "social security for military personnel" has been clarified, "mechanism of social security for military servicemen" has been revealed. The mechanisms of interaction of structural elements in the process of social security for military personnel; the principles of coordination of the social security mechanism components of military personnel on the basis of structural and functional tasks covering each of the subsystems have been improved. The relations between the concepts "social demand" and "social offer" on the basis of specificity of the labor process during the military service, the classification of community organizations of military personnel; the classification of instruments of military personnel social security have been further developed.
