Essay

The dissertation is devoted to creation of polyurethane materials with im-proved physic-mechanical properties on the basis of ionic polyurethane and montmorillonite by means of development of the methods of chemical modification of ionic polyurethane and chemical modification of monmorillonite. The complex method of increasing the physic-mechanical properties of polymer materials and obtaining the composites using directly chemical modified montmorillonite has been elaborated. The novel ionic water-dispersing polyurethanes free from organic solvents have been synthesized. These new ionic polyurethanes include both aromatic and aliphatic fragments simultaneously, that stipulate for high physic-mechanical properties of based films. On the basis of synthesized ionic polyurethanes the composites with modified montmorillonite have been obtained. The new method of simultaneous modification of montmorillonite with two modifiers of different nature Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and 2-Dimethylammoniumethyl methacrylate has been elaborated in order to increase the physic-mechanical properties of polyurethane materials based on ionic oligourethaneacrylates. The new composites on the basis of ionic oligourethaneacrylate and modified montmorillonite able to photoinitiate polymerization have been obtained.
