Essay

ystematic research of optical and luminescent properties of urea, urine salts and dried urine samples has been held. Excitation spectra of abovementioned samples are obtained and interpreted. The reasons of maximum luminescence spectra shifting to long-wave band of dried urine samples in case of pathological salts presence are presented and set as well. Sharp decreasing of luminescence intensity of dried urine samples is ascertained and explained. The influence of physical loading on luminescence spectra of dried urine samples is studied. The results of thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) are described and analyzed, typical TSL stripes are interpreted as well as the reasons of TSL intensity extinguishing are determined. The results of IR analysis of dried urine samples and kidney calculi are displayed.
