Bakay O. Legal regulation of the environmental audit in Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to peculiarities of legal regulation of relations concerning realizations of environmental and audit activity in Ukraine; historical principals of development of these relations are researched, legal bases of conduction of environmental audit and legal effect of the conclusion are revealed. Peculiarities of conducting of environmental audit in process of privatizations and corporatisation of enterprise, planning and usage of lands of domestic and civil building, formation of system of ecological management and ecological certification of economic operators are researched. On the base of conducted analysis of the legislative acts for the purpose of efficiency improvement of environmental and audit activity in Ukraine recommendations and proposals of improvement of ecological and economy legislation are developed.
