Ulyanych K. The development of entrepreneurship in the vegetable entreprises

This dissertation is submitted to obtain the Candidate of Science degree in speciality 08.00.04 - economics and managing of enterprises according to the types of economic activity. Ukrainian Research Institute of productivity of agricultural sector, Kyiv, 2010. Theoretical, methodological and practical basis for the development of entrepreneurial activity in vegetable enterprises of Ukraine and Cherkassy region are investigated in this dissertation. The author justifies the perspectives and directions for enhancing innovation in vegetable production. The directions of efficiency of vegetable growing in the open ground in agricultural enterprises of Cherkassy region are investigated in this research. The conceptual model of development of innovative activity in vegetable enterprises, complementing with marketing conception with clarification of necessities of consumers in ecologically-clean vegetable products is worked out. The approaches for the increasing of level of efficiency of vegetable-growing due to introduction of energykeeping technologies and innovative-technological decisions are also offered. We suggest as strategic the direction of development of the specialized vegetable enterprises which grow competitive vegetable products after technologies of organic agriculture. The analysis of the state of production of vegetable commodities in Ukraine and Cherkassy region is conducted in this investigation. The trends of development of market of vegetables in Ukraine and Cherkassy region are investigated. The expedient volumes of vegetable production in Cherkassy region taking into account the features of placing of vegetable enterprises and specific of the market state are defined. The prospects of development of this brunch of industry in the vegetable enterprises in Cherkassy region are determined.
