Katerna O. Airport flows processes management

Conceptual principles of airports flows processes management on the basis of the interested stakeholder's theory are formulated in dissertation. Depicted in the dissertation system of management is shown as an aggregate of methods, models and instruments of management subject purposeful influence on a synchronization and coordination of passengers service and airplane intensive flows processes taking into account interests of the interested parties. The economic and mathematical model of airport effective activity, in the conditions of the maximum loadings on an infrastructure, which allows to define "bottlenecks" in consumers' service and to calculate the necessary carrying capacity of airport, with the purpose of transportation demand satisfaction, grant the necessary level of service and receiving the maximal income are developed by an author.
