Sholoiko A. Insurance protection of production of goods of plant-grower from naturally-climatic risks

Object of research: the process of realization of insurance protection of production of goods of plant-grower from naturally-climatic risks in the agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. The purpose of research: grounding theoretical principles and developing of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of insurance protection of production of goods of plant-grower from naturally-climatic risks. Methods: dialectical, comparison, analysis and synthesis, generalization, historical method, method of analogies, economic-statistical methods, method of correlation-regressive analysis. Theoretical and practical results: understanding of insurance protection is deep in work; a division into the periods of insurance in the sphere of agriculture is improved; description of insurance fund in the cut of criteria is generalized; the features of display of naturally-climatic risks are formulated; classification of methods of insurance defence is improved; three level organization of insurance protection of production of goods of plant-grower from naturally-climatic risks is grounded; the methods of realization of obligatory form of insurance are exposed; ways of adaptation of insurance defence to the requirements of WTO are offered; suggestions of perfection of insurance defence of production of goods of plant-grower from naturally-climatic risks taking into account foreign experience and introduction of weather derivatives as insurance instruments of opposition possible losses at the offensive of natural calamities are developed. The scientific novelty: of the got results consists in the ground of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of insurance defence of production of goods of plant-grower from naturally-climatic risks. The extent of implementation: research results found the practical reflection in activity of Minagropolicy of Ukraine; Joint-stock company "Insurance company "Autoeximstrah"; public organization "Vinnytsya regional agricultural deliberative service". Sphere, industry of the use: in activity of organs of legislative and executive power, insurance companies, research and educational establishments.
