133 patients with biliary pains against the background of acaiculous cholecystitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease as well as after cholecystectomy had been investigated. 97 patients had Oddi sphincter dysfunctions (OSD): 65- of hypertensive and 32- of hypotonic type. Hypertensive type OSD prevail with motor disorders, infection with H.pylori and parasitic diseas, hypotonus - of syndrome of excessive bacterial grouth in small intestine. At hypertensive type improvement of clinical symptoms of the disease, prolongation of remission were observed against the background of dietotherapy, receiving of magne B6, and duspataline, while at hypotonic type of OSD - under receiving of primer and iberogast.
