Dissertation looks into the questions of fault-tolerant automatic air traffic control systems creating for air traffic control regional center . The dissertation researches the existent methods of distributed automated systems fault-tolerance provision and emphasised the necessity of development of method and algorithms of distributed automated systems diagnosis using fault-tolerant mutual informative compatibility. The method of "hostile" refuse diagnosisis for automatic air traffic control system on the two-level basis of fault-tolerance provision is first offered . The mathematical model of air traffic control system diagnosis is improved by introduction of "wandering" diagnostic kernel. The parameters estimation method of air traffic control system diagnosis is improved on the basis of statistical modelling. The comparative estimation of offered and existent diagnostic methods is carried out. The numeral indexes of scientific results are received.
