Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of informatization of ecological activity in Military Powers of Ukraine with the purpose of increase of its efficiency, by expression what an improvement of the ecological state of environment is on the objects of military-oriented due to a management their functioning. In-process formulated and decided tasks of analysis of features of management ecological activity of troops and application of modern information technologies; analysis of going near planning by the environment state control system (ESCS) and management their functioning; clarification of structure and functions of ESCS and systems of the ecological monitoring (SEM); choice of facilities of treatment of information in ESCS and SEM; development of conceptual DB model; developments of new methods and algorithms of prognostication of concentrations are in atmospheric air of harmful matters which are contained in extrass; developments of information technology of shortchanging of results of ecological supervision on the environment state on the base of tabular processor of Ms Excel; experimental research of application of information technology on the real military enterprise.
