Essay

The essence and content of strategic approaches of forming of economists' development is determined. Foreign experience of economists training is analyzed. The system of evaluation and assessment of strategic planning of economic staff required for Ukraine which consists of general and specialized indicators. Forecast of demand in economists for Ukraine is presented. It is defined that for strategic planning of economists' development and evaluation of achieved results it's reasonable to use a number of methods: SWOT-analysis, PEST-analysis, and matrix methods.
