Essay

In particular in the thesis is studied the situation in which are the modern agriculture of Ukraine and its initial chains - rural regions. In the thesis all these problems are studied under the angle of country economic governing systems improving necessity. They are to be achieved mostly by forming modern self-governing conditions. The questions of organization, structure, financial support of country self-governing are also analyzed. The problems of material output (farming, small enterprises), social product reproduction bases and material conditions of the people, employment of the population are researched in the thesis.
