This dissertation is devoted to a principled mechanisms motivation as well as working out of the action-oriented recommendations with regard to the Ukraine state policy development in the field of anti-monopoly activities. The notion of anti-monopoly activities together with a notion of state policy in the field of anti-monopoly activities has been defined. The author has provided a theoretical justification and a principled approach towards a formation of an institutional provision of the state anti-monopoly control.
