The Thesis dedicated to actual questions for study of opportunity permanent machine-building enterprises innovation growth to complex investigation both of economical system objects: innovational production and finance, so such view is work out in way of separation of innovations and investment ensuring for innovation goods production. The main in solving the problem is methodical identity of reproduction of investigated elements: productiveness ? utilization, as objective transformational dynamic both innovations and finance.
