Rakytska I. Choosing of optimal therapeutic regimes in systemic lupus erythematosus

Research object - systemic lupus erythematosus clinical features and history modifying under induction therapy; purpose - to increase efficacy of induction therapy through the optimization of therapeutic regimes choosing according to clinical variant and disease activity index; methods - there are clinical, instrumental, immunological, morphological and statistical; novelty - there are firstly determined the clinical features in "light" and "severe" disease, analysis of induction therapy different regimes effectiveness; the new is the definition of induction therapy unfavorable results risk factors; results - in "light" disease increasing activity is accociated with nasopharyngeal ulcers, arthritis, serositis, limphadenopathy and fever high frequency, in "severe" disease moderate activity is associated with non-fatal myocarditis, and high activity - with severe myocarditis, nephritis, pulmonitis and hematologic disturbances; in "light" disease isolated glucocorticoid low doses and in "severe" disease "pulse-therapy" were the most effective. Duration disease more then 6 months, pulmonitis and low patients compliance established as induction therapy unfavorable prognostic factors; it was introduced in work of the Donetsk city clinical hospital N 1 and N 9, Donetsk city hospital N5 , Ukrainsk city hospital (Donetsk region), Dnipropetrovsk region clinical hospital named ahter I.I.Mechnikov; in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university; field of use - treatment and diagnostic processes of therapeutic, rheumatologic and nephrologic departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chair of medical educational establishments.
