Yavorova G. The functioning of rape seeds market and products of rape seeds processing

The possibilities of production of biodisel in the region of Polissya and Western Forest-steppe as a complex element of increasing of the self energy ensuring of agriculture are investigated. It done by combination of regional features of agricultural and processing constituents of production process and also of the world trends on the markets of oil, rape seeds and rape seeds oil. The level of concentration of production and processing of rape seeds in a region by estimation of technical efficiency using Date Envelopment Analysis is justified. The measures of state support of production of biodisel are offered for Ukraine with the purpose of decline of dependence on the outsourcings of supply of diesel fuel and self ensuring of diesel fuel to the region agrarian sector. It proposed by creation of favorable terms for private investments in building of factories for production to the biodisel and, creation of necessary infrastructure.
