Essay

A new conceptual approach to management of the enterprise economic development has been suggested. This approach takes into consideration the interrelation between the economic potential, market value and the level of enterprise economic development. For assessing the level of enterprise economic development the three-dimension model has been suggested which allows to determine synergetic effect of the measures applied. The key criterion of the effectiveness of the management strategy of the enterprise economic development is the market value of enterprise.The forecast of its dependence on the enterprise economic development enables our estimation of achieving the strategic objectives.
