Dissertation work is devoted a theoretical ground and development of methodical recommendations in relation to a management the risks of metallurgical enterprises in market conditions. Risk essence and its economic maintenance is in-process investigational, basic factors which influence on the level of economic risk are analyzed, classification of economic risks and their display is certain on metallurgical enterprises. The methodical going is grounded near an analysis and estimation of risks, the analysis of the modern state of economy of metallurgical enterprises and given the characteristics of risks in their activity, certain and expected authenticity of offensive of risk events. Determination of the general going is improved near classification of the stages of acceptance of administrative decisions, methods are grounded in practice of acceptance of administrative decisions, methodical recommendations of management the risks of metallurgical enterprises are offered in market conditions
