The main foundations of the marketing organizational structure's role in the process of enterprise's adaptation to the turbulent environment have been developed. The search of new approaches to the marketing organizational structure's formation through the research of the influence of the globalization processes has been grounded. On basis of the analisys' results the following conclusion has been made: block-module marketing organizational structure makes get-up more flexible towards external factors. Moreover, the gained informational connections have an indication of synergy, which makes it possible to talk about competitive ability of the block-module marketing organizational structure and the practicability of further development of block-module approach
