Postolov Y. The evaluation of cost efficiency of innovation activities of industrial enterprises

Object: process of formation of self-reproduced ecological-economic mechanism of resource saving management. Purpose: substantiation and investigation of the theoretical, methodological and scientific-methodical basis of formation of the complex self-reproduced ecological-economic mechanism of resource saving management. Research Methods: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction; logical generalization; comparative, systematic and structural, correlation and regressive analysis; expert judgments, distances, grouping methods. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical, methodological and scientific-methodical positions on formation of the complex ecological-economic mechanism of resource saving management with regard to the social, economic and ecological factors, directed on transition of economy of Ukraine to an information society and a sustainable development, are proved and developed; the concept of multilevel resource saving management is developed, ways of its improving in the conditions of domestic economy are defined; conceptual preconditions of resource saving development are proved; the ecological-economic toolkit of resource saving stimulation is generated; mechanisms of an integrated estimation of socio-ecologo-economic level of resource saving; organizing of monitoring and management by resource saving processes at the enterprise are developed; methodological approaches to the estimation of socio-ecologo-economic efficiency of resource saving and its motivations at various levels of managing, mechanisms of redistribution of resource saving effects are offered; the system of multilevel socio-ecologo-economic monitoring of resource saving processes is developed. Novelty: for the first time there are developed the systematic methodology of cognition of „resource saving” category and the classification of resources up to stock-out and quality levels; theoretically substantiated the conceptual basis and the directions of resource saving development; the methodical approaches to the estimation of socio-ecological-economic efficiency of resource saving measures motivation and theoretic-conceptual approach to the resource saving effects reallocation are suggested. Level of implementation: theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to the resource saving effects reallocation, to the estimation of socio-ecological-economic efficiency of resource saving measures and their motivation, to the creation of multi-level system of resource saving funds and monitoring are applied.
