Voloshina N. Ultrasonic an estimation of geometry of chambers of heart and its walls at dilated cardiomyopathies depending on a sex, age and constitution types

The objective of our study were the hearts of patients with dilated cardiomyopathies (DCMP) or practically healthy people. The aim of the present study was to raise an efficiency of ultrasonic diagnostics of DCMP by an establishment of regularity of changes of heart left chamber geometrical indicators and haemodynamic's parameters in them depending on left ventricle's ejection fraction taking into account a sex, age and somatotype of the patients. Methods. The ultrasonic research of heart in one- and two-dimensional, pulsed and continuous wave Doppler ultrasound echocardiograms, statistical processing. For the first time it was studied: the interrelation between the mitral regurgitation severity and degree of systolic dysfunctions of left heart ventricle at patients with DCMP; between the remodeling indicators of heart left departments and peculiarities of DCMP's patients; between the ejection fraction rate, the left ventricle geometry and somatotypes of DCMP's patients; on the basis of ultrasonic indicators it was proposed the factor of chronic cardiac insufficiency of DCMP's patients with different somatotypes and left ventricle ejection fraction. Results. The mitral regurgitation severity, and the factor of chronic cardiac insufficiency by results of ultrasonic research can be used at inspection of DCMP patients for an estimation of degree of changes of haemodynamic's parameters at medicamentous heart remodeling and rehabilitation of patients. The obtained results were installed in diagnostic service practice of Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, of the Dnepropetrovsk city hospital № 5, "Clinical Miner hospital" of Makeyevka, in educational process of the Ivano-Frankovsk national medical university, the Lvov national medical university of Daniel Galitskogo, Donetsk national medical university of M.
