Skochylyas T. The prognostic evaluation factors of local-regional prevalence of breast cancer

The object of research - 296 cases of breast cancer (BC), divided into groups, depending on age of the patient, a stage of process, the hormonal status of BC into account cytological criteria local-regional dissemination of tumor. The purpose - to improve results of treatment of patients with BC and efficiency of an estimation of the forecast of a current of disease by increasing of intra- and postoperative diagnostic reliability of local-regional tumoral process prevalence by means of a cytological investigation. The methods - cytological, histological and immunohistochemical investigations, statistical processing of the received data. Novelty - is developed for the first time the method of complex intraoperative cytological investigations for revealing of new informative parametres of the forecast of tumoral growth for the purpose of increase of accuracy of an estimation local-regional dissemination of BC and formations of volume of operative intervention at early stages BC. Results - application received new informative cytological prognostic criteria of tumoral growth of BC, gives the chance to individualise volume of surgical intervention at each concrete patient, to specify indications to carrying out of additional treatment, to carry out the differentiated approach to dynamic supervision of patients. It is introduced in practice Donetsk Regional Antitumor Centre, Gorlovsky Oncology Clinic, Donetsk City Hospital №2 "Energetic", Mariupol Interdistrict Antitumor Hospital, in educational process of Donetsk Maxim Gorky National Medical University.
