Zherebko A. Judicial-expertial activity: essence, principles, organizational bases

Addressed issues of concern the current situation of forensic by examination of the results of the practice of the departments of internal affairs of Ukraine. Based on a retrospective analysis of research question of forensic proposed the definitions of "special knowledge" and "expertise" as a baseline in determining the forensic activities. Determined content, tasks, forensics activities, described its subjects, objects and methods. Identified specialties in organization of the forensic activity of internal affairs departments, described questions of the cooperation between forensic, investigational and operational units also proposed the ways of developing of the forensic activity.
