In dissertation is examined the research condition of problem holding prisoners of this category, in particular persons which before worked in the organs of office of public prosecutor, justice, criminally-run-time system, tax militia, custom service and others, coming from the classification system of the separate holding offenders in convict colonies. In the work is set the analysis of criminal, criminological and criminal-executive descriptions of convicted persons, former judges and law enforcers, which are serving penalty of confinement, their typical characters are fixed.
