Stomatov E. Anti-establishment and functioning of the negative focus groups in prisons

The thesis is dedicated to the integrated study of the destructive impact of the sentence implementation process on the negative focus groups, which operate in prisons, and to development of predictive end preventive activity of correctional institution administration for planning end well timed implementation of the effective measures against this phenomenon, which have the aim to prevent the creation and functioning of such groups and to neutralize their impact on other prisoners. In the thesis the state of scientific development issues are analyzed, characteristics of the negative focus groups are defined, the mechanism of their influence on the imprisonment process is revealed.
