Process of state forecasting of social-economic development of territories makes the object of researching. The article of research are theoretical, methodical and applied positions in relation to perfection of state prognostication of socio-economic development of region. The main objective of the thesis consists in scientific and theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations in relation to introduction of institutional principles state forecasting of social-economic development territories.
