Saliy T. Management of Airline Expenses for Organizing of Electronic Circulation of Documents

The system of airline expenses management for arranging electronic circulation of documents is worked out. At the expense of structuring of costs it will allow to manage them and airline in general. The process approach to SECD adoption is proposed. SECD consists of eight successive stages and it allows management to pass on to electronic circulation of documents in quiet a short term. Economic-mathematical model of indistinct judgments concerning choice of SECD is built up. It will allow to increase effectiveness of airline circulation of documents and develop efficient running and working of airlines. Approaches to determination of economic effectiveness of SECD introduction are improved at the expense of structuring of costs for its organizing. Practical recommendations for personnel management are developed while providing electronic circulation of documents in airline. Internal training center is proposed to launch. It'll allow to prepare the staff for SECD conditions.
