Essay

In dissertational work the results of theoretical decision of а scientific and technical problem of decrease in bridge cranes dynamic loadings, by appli-cation of brake devices with self-strengthening, by formation of rational brake characteristics in mechanisms of movement are listed. In this connection the mathematical model of mechanism braking process is developed by the brake device with self-strengthening, allowing on the set entrance characteristics of brake moment to define geometrical parameters of the brake device capable to provide them. Adequacy of the model and the results of theoretical calculations are proved by the experimental researches.
